If you are interested in making an offer on the initial two market priced units, please have your application in to us by May 15th so it can be approved by the committee prior to the offer date. The offer date will be the final day in which we accept offers on these units. Please, do not submit an offer until after your application has been approved by the ArtYard Artist Review Committee.

With regard to ground level commercial units, we will not be accepting offers on specific spaces, as there is 8,000 square feet that can be used in a number of different configurations. We are currently speaking with restaurants interested in doing an establishment on 2,000 sf to 3,000 sf on the eastern end of the building and we are in contact with a gallery interested in approximately 1,000 sf. Our goal for our commercial spaces is to program the building with businesses that we feel will make the ArtYard a vibrant community and destination. If you are interested in the ground level commercial spaces, please begin by filling out the application below for "purchasing commercial space" and then contact me with your thoughts regarding a business and your space requirements. We are interested in selling the space to an art book store, additional galleries, art and/or photography supply businesses, and, if space allows, some private studios in the southern end of the building. If you know of someone that you feel would fit these needs, please forward this e-mail to them.

Located in the newly developed Santa Fe Railyard area, The ArtYard consists of three buildings; Parkside, Trackside and Paseo. The Parkside and Trackside buildings will have commercial and retail space on the ground level, with Live/Work Loft spaces above. The Paseo building sits on Paseo de Peralta and will have 30,000 square feet of commercial, retail and office space on three levels.

The Railrunner Train, the Farmers Market, Warehouse 21 teen center, Site Santa Fe and the new Railyard park and performance area are all a stones throw away from the ArtYard, making for a vibrant and busy environment. In addition to the immediate activity, the project sits along the Paseo Arts corridor within walking distance to  galleries such as Victoria Price, Gebert, William Siegal, Box Gallery, Tai and James Kelly Contemporary, to name a few.
