With regard to ground level commercial units, we will not be accepting offers on specific spaces, as there is 8,000 square feet that can be used in a number of different configurations. We are currently speaking with restaurants interested in doing an establishment on 2,000 sf to 3,000 sf on the eastern end of the building and we are in contact with a gallery interested in approximately 1,000 sf. Our goal for our commercial spaces is to program the building with businesses that we feel will make the ArtYard a vibrant community and destination. If you are interested in the ground level commercial spaces, please begin by filling out the application below for "purchasing commercial space" and then contact me with your thoughts regarding a business and your space requirements. We are interested in selling the space to an art book store, additional galleries, art and/or photography supply businesses, and, if space allows, some private studios in the southern end of the building.
